It produces <span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>power transmitters<\/strong><\/span> which export worldwide and is in 4th position in the international classification of the sector.<\/p>\n<p>Its <span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>reducers<\/strong><\/span> are destined to those sectors where heavy masses are used: for instance in excavation, in naval environments for docking ships to quays, in railway and road engineering for the realization of tunnels.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>The problem to solve<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The <span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>constant increase in production volumes<\/strong><\/span> underlined the necessity to solve two problems: to speed up processing times and degrease perfectly the surfaces of the pieces, ready for the next process of <span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>nitriding<\/strong><\/span> which gives the metals a better hardening and for which it is essential for them to be perfectly <span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>degreased.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>The Dollmar Group solution<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Hence a <span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>Finep combined spray\/immersion washing system<\/strong><\/span> was installed with feed pace able to cope with the increase in productivity.<\/p>\n<p>The new system (working with <span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>Dollclean AD 104<\/strong><\/span> additive and <span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>Dollclean P 230<\/strong><\/span> alkaline application) is realized in two stations for manual loading and unloading, a combined spray\/immersion <span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>washing tunnel<\/strong><\/span> with a step by step feed composed of 3 tanks, plus a hot air drying chamber for 48 mins of the total working time.<\/p>\n<p>Given <span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>the speed of the process<\/strong><\/span>, a final wash is carried out which permits storage of the pieces even for lengthy periods, thanks to the protection offered by the washing cycle application.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #3699b5;\"><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>By optimizing the relation between the plant system, cycle and product used, the result excelled expectations.
